Vapour Cones

 

Liquip offer a range of vapour cones that can be designed to your specific application that prevent the unintended emission of hazardous VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) from entering the atmosphere whilst improving operator safety.

Liquip vapour cones are commonly used on top loading arms and are easily inserted into the manhole cover opening whilst providing a vapour tight seal thanks to the purpose designed conical design and integrated seal material.

  • Conical shape design allows the standard vapour cone to suit a range on manhole cover openings or can be custom designed to suit specific applications.
  • Standard design includes a socket for an overfill protection probe to be installed and camlock outlets for connection to a vapour hose.
  • Can be supplied with a locking device to prevent unintended lift during loading.
  • Vapour camlock is fitted with a non-return valve to prevent the escape of VOCs when a vapour hose is not in use or connected.
